Our Process

Our Process

Our claim process has been specifically designed to provide a complete end-to-end service in providing research and development (R&D) tax relief and to remove the burden of making the claim from you. We also make sure that each R&D tax credit claim is fully optimised.

With our specific industry experience and technical expertise, our team of professionals are able to tailor our structured and efficient service to suit your organisation.

The backbone of our R&D tax credit claim process is illustrated below and the typical time frame associated with making an R&D relief claim from the initial meeting, stage 1, through to you receiving the tax relief on research and development benefit from CRA, is 8 to 12 weeks.

1

Meeting

Initial meeting to understand your business and to discuss potential for an R&D claim. Explanation of our process, what’s involved and how we work.  We also take this opportunity to identify eligible R&D projects.
